Drawing pictures has been a passion of mine ever since I can remember. As a child, I would draw constantly, getting inspiration from various media and eventually developing my own style.

As well as working as an artist, I've also worked as an actor, writer, and teacher.
​
All my drawings are hand drawn, and they are coloured using either coloured pencil or scanned and coloured on the computer depending on the style I'm going for.

Custom Art
Whether you need a piece of art or a cartoon as a gift for a friend or family member, a little something for yourself, or something for your business, I can help.
The drawing will be hand drawn and coloured with either coloured pencil or scanned and coloured using the computer depending on your preference. Pricing will depend on many factors including the complexity of the project, materials used, and how the art will be used, for example, whether you'll be requiring it for personal or commercial use.
Art can either be delivered via e-mail or to a physical address at an additional cost.

Digital Downloads
Visit the Art Store to view the available digital downloads.
Each download is available for purchase and you'll receive a download as a 300 dpi jpeg file.
All prices are in New Zealand dollars; however, there is a link to a currency converter in the Art Store.

Please keep in mind that colours on a computer screen or other device may vary slightly to how they appear when printed due to the fact that computers use RGB (red, green and blue) light to display colour on the screen, while printers use CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow and black) ink to print colours. For best results use high-quality paper or card.
Digital download purchases are non-refundable, as there is no way for me to tell whether they have been printed. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please feel free to contact me at tom@thomasrimmer.com anytime.
Payment and Refund Information
For custom drawings, you can pay using PayPal, or deposit payment into the bank account provided to you on your invoice. For digital downloads, you will be directed to a payment screen and given the option of paying using PayPal or credit or debit card.

There is no refund for digital downloads as there is no way for me to tell if they have been printed, and quality of the download depends largely on printer and paper quality. If for some reason your download doesn't work, e-mail me at tom@thomasrimmer.com and I'll address the problem.
In regards to custom drawings, we will be in contact throughout the process and drafts will be sent to you before the project is completed, so you'll have plenty of opportunity to let me know exactly what you want before I finish it and send it to you either via e-mail or by post at an additional charge, which means that a refund shouldn't be necessary in most cases.
However, if the finished product is not what you wanted and it can reasonably be determined as my fault, for example, I go ahead with a project before you approve the draft, or I don't follow your very clear instructions, a refund can be discussed.
In the event that an item arrives to you damaged, e-mail me at tom@thomasrimmer.com within 7 days of receiving your package. You will need your order information and photographs of the artwork and the packaging. I will contact you to discuss the next steps.
